A Journey of Embodiement For Womben
Embody the true nature of the season, allowing yourself to find a more restful and peaceful state, to bring presence in stillness, awareness through sensation, and balance to the intense activity of our lives at this time of year. This is how we attune to our feminine nature, remembering the season’s call for slowing down and turning inward, aligning ourselves with the rhythmical nature of the Earth. This is a journey for womben to connect and embody more of their authentic state of being.
Each week we will work with a theme that honors what is arising in the season and in our bodies.
About Kaiut Yoga: Created by Francisco Kaiut, it is a yoga that tends the nervous system and restores balance to the body. A series of simple poses are held with attention and awareness of the experience in a way that teaches you listen to the wisdom of your body. You have the opportunity to attune to your body’s limitations and boundaries, to balance out intensity with restfulness, manage your stress, and with this make more conscious choices in everyday life to know and honor your heart’s truth.
About Sarah Humphrey: A long time teacher of various movement forms and spiritual healer, Sarah’s calling is to restore, heal, and teach womben to embody their true feminine nature. She offers private healing, embodiment, and Kaiut yoga sessions at her home sanctuary in Niwot. For more info about Sarah, go to the about section on her website or click here.
